This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested, the processes for requesting a refund, and the circumstances under which a refund will not be granted. Conditions for Refunds
- Project Cancellation:If the project has not yet begun and you choose to cancel, a full refund will be issued, minus any applicable administrative fees.
- Service Dissatisfaction:If you are not satisfied with the initial concepts or drafts we provide (for services like Logo Design or Web Design), you may request a refund within the first 10 business days of project initiation. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with final work once completed.
- Delayed Deliverables:If Divine Digital Solutions fails to deliver the agreed-upon work within the established timeframe, you may request a partial or full refund based on the work that remains undelivered.
- Payment Issues:In the event of a double charge or incorrect billing, we will issue a full refund for the extra charges.
Change of Mind Policy
We understand that priorities can shift. However, because Divine Digital Solutions allocates resources, schedules team members, and performs research immediately upon project initiation, our policy is as follows:
- Before Project Commencement:If you decide to cancel before any work has begun or resources have been allocated, you are eligible for a full refund (minus a small administrative processing fee).
- After Project Commencement:Once work has started (including initial consultations, research, or drafting), refunds will not be issued for a change of mind.
Resource Allocation:Â Because our team commits specific time slots to your project, a “change of mind” after the project has been greenlit prevents us from taking on other clients. Consequently, all deposits and payments made up to that point are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Work Completed:Once we’ve completed your website, logo design, or other project deliverables, no refund will be issued.
- Already Provided Services:If we’ve begun or delivered any part of the service (e.g., initial consultation, development work, or design drafts), refunds will not be issued unless otherwise specified.
- Third-Party Payments:Divine Digital Solutions cannot provide refunds for fees paid to third-party providers (e.g., hosting, domain purchases, or third-party software).
- Client-Caused Delays:If delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide necessary materials or feedback in a timely manner, we will not issue refunds.
Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Divine Digital Solutions Send a refund request via email to info@divinedigitalsolution.com, or use the contact form on our website. Please include:
- Your full name and project details (e.g., project name, contract number).
- A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- Supporting documentation (emails, screenshots, or other evidence).
Step 2: Refund Review Once we receive your request, we will review the situation and determine if the refund criteria are met. Refund requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the complexity of the situation.
Step 3: Refund Decision You will receive a response explaining whether your request has been approved or denied. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once your refund is approved, we will initiate the payment back to the original payment method used:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments:Refunded to the same card used for the transaction.
- PayPal Payments:Refunded to the same PayPal account used.
- Bank Transfers:Refunded to the original bank account.
Note: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
Dispute Resolution & Amendments
If you disagree with our refund decision, we encourage you to reach out to us directly to discuss the matter. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be escalated for mediation. We aim to resolve all disputes in a fair and reasonable manner.
